Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This page explains, plainly, what Offex Mail collects, why, and for how long. If anything here is unclear, contact us.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, real email, or any account registration to use the core tool.

How long data is kept

Each temporary address is only able to receive mail for a limited window (shown live as a countdown in the app). After that, the address stops accepting new mail. Messages already delivered are kept in your visible history for a further limited period so you don't lose an OTP you were slow to check, and are then permanently deleted from our records.

Third-party services we use

Advertising & cookies

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense and, in some placements, other ad networks. These providers may use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, in order to make ads more relevant to you.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or generally at aboutads.info/choices. For more on how Google uses data when you use our site, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

What we don't do

Your choices

You can delete any active temporary inbox yourself at any time from the app. Because the tool is designed to not need a real identity, there's generally nothing further to "delete" tied to you personally beyond clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
